Unless your property has a name, the majority of homes will have a number. But, have you ever wondered if some are more valuable than others?

The research focussed on terraced homes, semi-detached homes and detached homes.
In the last full year, nearly 148,000 houses were sold in the UK as the property market boomed, with an average selling price of £363,364.
